- initial server setup - control panel installation, accounts migrated
- operating system administration - updates, fixes
- control panel administration - CPanel, Plesk, ispCP
- hardware advice
- backup/restore process
- administration for the following services - web(apache), mail (exim, postfix, qmail), database (mysql, postgresql), ftp (pure-ftpd, vsftpd, proftpd) and dns servers (bind)
- monitoring and diagnosing - performance, errors, security
This package includes 3 hours of administration time (all of the above services), extra time and/or services will be billed separately at a rate of 40$/h.

The price of this package needs to be discussed individually, based on the requested setup.

Payment method
All payments are carry out through paypal system (no papers to sign or contract), this method also assure that your credit card is safe. At the begining of every month a bill will be issued to you, you will have to pay it in 5 working days.

Normal communication methods are email and instant messaging. For critical problems (server down, service down) phone can be used if the other contact methods failed.
