- administration for the following services - web(apache), mail (exim, postfix, qmail), database (mysql, postgresql), ftp (pure-ftpd, vsftpd, proftpd) and dns servers (bind)
- monitoring and diagnosing - performance, errors, security
This package includes 3 hours of administration time (all of the above services), extra time and/or services will be billed separately at a rate of 30$/h.

The price of this package needs to be discussed individually, based on the requested setup.

Project based - 40$/h
If you don't want a monthly plan, but want us to solve your problems, our hourly rate is 40$/h (minimum 30 min, 15 min increment after that). Just send an email to office@non-a.net describing the problem and your environment and we will get back to you with a solution.
Payment method
All payments are carry out through paypal system (no papers to sign or contract), this method also assure that your transaction and credit/debit card is protected. At the begining of every month a bill will be issued to you, which needs to be paid in 5 working days.
Contact methods
Normal communication methods are email and instant messaging. For critical problems (server down, service down) phone can be used if the other contact methods failed.
